1.- Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

1.1 Protection of personal data

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the hostel informs users of the Website www.albergueprat.com that the data provided through our website through the corresponding Forms and e-mails received considered to be personal data will be incorporated into our files in order to manage the requested service, respond to your application and/or process your request. These files are registered in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection in accordance with current law and implementing regulations. In any case, users shall ensure the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, authenticity, relevance and non-excessiveness of the Personal Data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. In those cases where to make a request it is necessary to fill out a form and click on the submit button, doing so will mean that you have been informed and have expressly granted your consent to the content of the clause attached to said form or acceptance of the privacy policy.

1.2 Data provided by third parties

In the event that personal data is included in the request by non-holders thereof, the user must, prior to its inclusion, inform said persons of the full content of the preceding paragraphs to be exempt of any responsibility for the breach of this requirement.

1.3 Data of minors

It is not authorised to provide data of persons under fourteen years of age through this Website. The hostel disclaims any liability for the breach of this requirement.

1.4 Commercial notification by electronic means

Notifications issued by email, or by any other electronic means, will be those necessary to manage your request. However, they will be those that have been expressly consented or authorised by the recipients in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, except as provided in Article 21.2 of this same Law, in the wording given by the First Final Provision of the new General Telecommunications Law.

1.5 Security measures

The file data controller has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection of Personal Data and has installed all the means and technical measures available according to the state of the technology to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of Personal Data provided.

1.6 Duty of secrecy

The user is entitled to the confidentiality and duty of secrecy of all those who process the data in his/her name and on their behalf. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the user is aware of the possibility that the security of communications over the Internet is not invulnerable.

1.7 Rights of those affected

The user may exercise the ARCO rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of personal data as provided in the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD 15/1999) and the RD. 1220/2002, by sending a letter, attaching a copy of their ID or Passport.
