There are several ways to book a room or a service.

When you make a reservation, you will always receive a written confirmation by email. Therefore, Alberg Ca La Jepa will ask you for your personal details such as name, surname, email, phone number. By providing your data, you authorize Alberg Ca La Jepa to send you emails regarding your reservation and also for future promotions, specific to Alberg Ca La Jepa. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you must send an email with the concept "I do not wish to receive promotional emails" to the internet address firstname.lastname@example.org, and your email will be deleted for such mailings. In any case, your data will never be provided to companies or people outside Alberg Ca La Jepa for commercial purposes.
At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount must be paid. Through the website, the payment will be made by credit card with secure payment. If you book by phone, you can pay by bank transfer or by credit card by providing the card details directly by phone. For security reasons, the details will never be requested in writing.
Payment must be received by the establishment no later than 48 hours before the reservation date. Otherwise, the reservation will not be confirmed.

As a concept, it will be necessary to indicate, the name, surname and date of entry and exit of the reservation.
The remaining amount of the reservation, as well as the tourist tax for each person over 16, will be paid at the time of "check-in". Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
Cancellation / No show
If you choose the non-refundable rate, you can always cancel your reservation at any time, free of charge, up to 2 days before your reservation date. After this period, the client will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation, which is the amount paid at the time of booking. 2 days are counted from 00:00 of the day of cancellation until 00:00 of the day of arrival. Boarding houses will not be charged.
If you choose the non-refundable rate, the accommodation will not be refunded, while the pensions will be. Please consult with the hostel management.
If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the full amount of the accommodation reservation. Board will not be charged except in the case of having reserved dinner, which will be charged.
The hostel offers the following types of board: accommodation, accommodation + breakfast, dinner + accommodation, dinner + accommodation + breakfast. You can ask for a picnic service by paying the cost corresponding to your request. It must be requested and paid for by 10:00 pm the day before.
Guests with food allergies or intolerances can request a special menu adapted to their needs. In this case, you must make your request at the time of booking.
The arrival time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and the departure time is before 11:00 am. If the client arrives outside of these times, the establishment has the right not to allow him/her to access the room at the time of arrival, i.e., he/she will have to wait until he/she can be checked in. On the day of arrival, it will not be possible to access the facilities after 00:00 in the evening, unless requested and confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp). If this is the case, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the amount already paid.
If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the full amount of the accommodation reservation. The board will not be charged.
If you book more than one night, you will not be allowed to walk around the hostel from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. You must stay in your room or outside the hostel unless you notify the staff.
Breakfast hours: 8:00-10:00
Dinner hours: 8:30-10:00 pm
Even if you have booked lunch or half-board, the hostel reserves the right to refuse you access to the service if the times are not respected. The corresponding amount will not be refunded.
The facility offers double beds and/or bunk beds.
In the shared rooms there are bunk beds and lockers.
Upon arrival at the room, the client will find the beds made up with sheets, a comforter depending on the season and a pillow. There is also a towel and a bath sheet for each person staying. In the bathroom, he will find gel/shampoo, a bath mat, a shelf and coat racks. In the bathroom of the rooms with private bathroom, there will be an additional towel.
The private rooms have bedside lamps, a bedside table, sockets, a radiator and a wardrobe/shelf. If you book a baby bed, the management reserves the right to remove the wardrobe depending on the space in the room.
The rooms do not have television or air conditioning. The temperature is good in summer but if you need a fan, one can be provided upon request at the reception.
The guest will have a key to open and close your room. The establishment has a copy but the staff will never enter the room unless the client requests it, for example to clean the room, change the towels...
On the day of arrival, the client must leave a deposit for damages. The amount is 10 € per reserved room, or 5 € per person in case of a shared room reservation, to be paid in cash. At the time of departure, the room will be checked and the amount will be refunded if there are no anomalies. Any anomaly will cost 10 €.

Guests of the hostel can access the city swimming pool, at very low prices.
It is possible to arrange a guided tour to enjoy the village's points of interest.
Rates and discounts
0 to 2 years old = free / an umbrella bed can be requested for 5 € per night
+ 3 years old = same price as for adults
0-2 years = 80% less than the normal rate
3-13 years old = 20% less than the normal rate
+ 14 years = normal rate
A 10% discount on accommodation is applied to clients who have the FUAJ membership card, the single parent/large family card. This card will be requested at the time of registration.
A 10% discount on accommodation is applied if the client books more than 4 nights.
Discounts can be accumulated.
Under 18 years old
Persons under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult. However, persons over 16 years of age may stay unaccompanied by an adult, if they can prove their legal emancipation, or have an express written authorization signed by their father/mother or legal guardian. In the latter case, the reservation of the services must have been made by the parent or guardian of the person over 16 years of age, and the authorization must be accompanied by a copy of the identity card of the person who signs it.
Upon arrival, all persons over 14 years of age must present their identification at the reception desk in order to check in. It is stipulated that, by law, the establishment is obliged to provide the Catalan police force, the Mossos d'Esquadra, with the details of those registered every day.
Anyone over 16 years of age must pay the tourist tax established by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Animals are not allowed.
